Bollywood actress Aishwariya Rai Bachchan plans to join the most famous social networking site Twitter to be in touch with her fans. She says she would like to launch her own website in near future.
Reporter: Aishwariya, what’s the first thing that comes to your mind or what’s the one thing that you really look out when you sign a brand. Say like Longines?
Aishwariya Rai Bachchan: With Longines, it was an easy yes. Incredible history and the brand definitely belong to the watch business and their motto is – ‘elegance is an attitude’. I absolutely saw eye to eye with them instantly. So it was an easy yes.
Reporter: Everyone seem to be talking about Paa. So, what’s your say on this role reversal plot?
Aishwariya Rai Bachchan: Well, I obviously knew about the idea of the film Paa. I think Balki was brilliant in coming out of the story so conceptually and creatively.
Reporter: Talking about social networking sites we find Amitabh Bachchan keeps in touch with his fans through his blogs. Also Abhishek is on Twitter and he has thousand of fans following him. So are we going to see you on Twitter?
Aishwariya Rai Bachchan: Possibly with my own website. Definitely when it comes to social networking sites there are so many imposters that people are convinced I am already on these social sites. I am not so far. On my birthday I was so tempted to get on to possibly Twitter, because of the kind of overwhelming response I have received from well-wishers. So one thing is sure that I will announce through media, the moment I am on any on these sites or I start my own.
